Subject:            Filling up the post of UDCs on deputation basis in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.

 

            It is proposed to fill up some vacancies of Upper Division Clerks in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs on deputation basis initially for one year, which may be extended further as per the rules and administrative requirement. The details of the post are as under:-

     Officer under the Central Government:-

(i)           Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/Department; or

(ii)         With eight years service in the grade       rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs 3050-75-3950-80-4590 or equivalent in the parent cadre/Department; or

(iii)         He/she should be at least  matric.

  

Note     -           Candidates with proficiency in computer shall be preferred.

  

2.         Ministries/ Departments of the Government of India are requested to give wide publicity to this circular among the eligible officers in their Ministries/Departments and also in the subordinate/attached offices under their administrative control. The application should reach through proper channel to the undersigned, in the proforma prescribed in Annexure along with the attested photocopies of their up to date ACRs for the last 5 years within 45 days of the date of issue of this circular.

 

 3.         The applicant should not be more than 56 years of age on closing date of  the application. The applicants will not be permitted to withdraw their names later. The pay and allowances of the selected officials will be regulated in accordance with the rules governing the appointments by deputation.
