It is informed on the above mentioned subject that a contract is to be given regarding maintenance, servicing/ over hauling and repairing of other technical faults of 7 Ambassador cars and 1 three-wheeler scooter (Bajaj) of this Ministry. Details of the technical faults which are to be repaired generally are given in the enclosed list.
You are therefore requested to send your quotation regarding labour charges for repairing work as per enclosed list/cost of parts to the address mentioned below in a sealed envelop latest by 10-3-2006:
